If you choose to contact me through this website using my contact form (for example, to enquire about customising a product or wholesale enquiry) then I will need some personal information from you in order to send you a reply - your name and your email address. Lorikeet Studios is hosted on the wix.com platform, which provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through wix.com through wix.com's data storage, databases and the general wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

How Does Wix Take Your Payment?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

What Information Do I Hold?
Once your order has been completed I will only hold your name on a spreadsheet for my personal records to identify what has been sold for accounting purposes. Your email address and home address are never held on file.
