All of my products (except original artwork) come with free UK (2nd delivery - Royal Mail) delivery!  All original artwork comes with free UK delivery (tracked 48 hr with signature).

Unfortunately with the current Covid-19 uncertainty, I am only shipping my products within the UK, but will be shipping worldwide as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

All you have to do is contact me within by emailing me - lorikeetstudios@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery

Cancellations

I don't accept cancellations.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, as I may be able to amend.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Unless there is a printing fault with your product (which would be my fault), buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure your item is in its original condition, as any damage will mean you will be charged for any loss in value.
